Job description
We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook skilled in preparing both North Indian and South Indian cuisines. The candidate should be able to deliver authentic taste, maintain food quality, and manage daily kitchen operations.
Prepare a wide range of North Indian dishes (curries, rotis, parathas, paneer dishes, biryanis, etc.)
Prepare a wide range of South Indian dishes (idli, dosa, sambar, rasam, rice varieties, chutneys, etc.)
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
Plan daily menus and assist in meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
Manage ingredient preparation, cooking, and storage
Track inventory and coordinate for ingredient purchases
Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Indian Cook
Strong knowledge of both North Indian and South Indian cuisines
Ability to handle vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
Good understanding of spices, masalas, and traditional cooking methods
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Strong time management and kitchen organization skills
