The Tandoor Commis I will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic tandoor dishes, including breads, kebabs, and Indian curries, while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor items such as kebabs, naan, roti, kulcha, and other Indian breads.

• Assist in marinating and seasoning meats, seafood, and vegetables according to established recipes.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tandoor ovens and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/ISO/FSSAI guidelines).

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report shortages to supervisors.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

• Follow the instructions of senior chefs and contribute to menu planning if required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tandoor section.
