Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Ensure proper mise end place and station readiness before service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Support senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
Relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or cloud kitchens.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations.
Experience in Tandoor section preferred for Tandoor Chef role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
