Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Pizzaiolo & Continental CDP/DCDP to lead pizza and continental kitchen operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in authentic pizza preparation, dough fermentation, continental cuisine, and kitchen management while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic pizzas including dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, topping, and baking.
Handle continental section including pasta, grills, burgers, sandwiches, steaks, sauces, and appetizers.
Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen operations and support junior kitchen staff.
Maintain inventory, stock control, and kitchen mise-en-place.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
Coordinate with service team for smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization.
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as Pizzaiolo / Continental Chef.
Experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations.
Strong knowledge of pizza dough fermentation and baking techniques.
Ability to handle kitchen section independently.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and multitasking abilities.
