• Flavor Architect: You'll apply various cooking techniques – grilling, roasting, pan-searing, braising, and sautéing – ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection in terms of temperature, doneness, and taste.

• Quality Champion: From selecting the freshest ingredients to ensuring impeccable plating, you'll uphold our high standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Kitchen Maestro: You'll efficiently set up your station, operate hot kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a spotless work area, always adhering to food safety (HACCP) and FSSAI regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience (specify years, e.g., 2-5 years) as a Hot Kitchen Chef, preferably with a strong focus on Continental cuisine in a reputable hotel or fine dining restaurant.

• Education: A culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution is highly preferred.

• Precision & Speed: The ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain consistency.
