Innovate & Create: You'll be at the forefront of our kitchen's creative process, developing and preparing a distinct menu that expertly fuses European and Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Precision & Artistry: Ensure every dish is a masterpiece, delivering exceptional taste, precise texture, and stunning visual presentation.
Ingredient Alchemist: Source and utilize both local Pune produce and specialized international ingredients, understanding how to best integrate them into fusion dishes.
Quality & Consistency: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and consistency in all preparations, adhering to FSSAI regulations.
Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen sections, potentially training and guiding junior chefs on fusion techniques.
Stay Ahead: Continuously research and incorporate new culinary trends in both European and Japanese cuisines to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years minimum) as a Chef de Partie or higher, with significant demonstrable experience in both high-end European and Japanese kitchens. Specific experience in fusion cuisine is a strong advantage.
Creative Vision: An exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute unique flavor combinations and dish compositions that bridge two distinct culinary cultures.
Knife Skills: Impeccable knife skills, especially those related to Japanese preparation.
Food Safety: Thorough understanding and strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI).
Problem-Solver: Agile and resourceful, able to adapt recipes and techniques as needed while maintaining quality.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education: A culinary diploma or degree from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
