Key Responsibilities:
Complete mise en place for the shift (vegetable cutting, sauces, prep work)
Preparing continental dishes like pasta, burgers, sandwiches, grilled items, steaks & basic sizzlers
Assisting in mother sauces and their derivatives
Handling live orders during rush hours
Maintaining food quality, taste consistency & presentation
Following portion control standards
Ensuring proper packaging for online delivery orders
Coordinating with dispatch team for timely order handover
Maintaining kitchen hygiene & cleanliness as per SOP
Monitoring stock levels and informing seniors about shortages
Supporting senior chefs and training junior staff (if required)
Reducing food wastage and maintaining cost control
