Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Commi with hands-on experience in pizza preparation to join our team. The candidate should have a good understanding of continental cuisine along with the ability to prepare pizzas with consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standards.
Make pizzas including dough preparation, sauce, toppings, and baking.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination, etc.).
Ensure timely food preparation during service hours.
Monitor stock and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
