Assist in preparation of ingredients such as chopping, cutting, marination, and basic cooking
Prepare simple continental dishes under supervision (salads, sandwiches, basic pasta, etc.)
Maintain mise en place for assigned kitchen section
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work area at all times
Adhere to food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Properly store food items and label them correctly
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Support senior chefs during service
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
