Location: Theobroma Outlet / Central Kitchen
Reports To: Commis I / CDP / Sous Chef
Assist in the preparation of bakery products like breads, pastries, brownies, and cookies under the guidance of senior chefs, maintaining Theobroma's quality and hygiene standards.
Prepare and bake basic bakery items as per recipes.
Assist in dough mixing, shaping, and baking.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
Follow food safety and storage procedures.
Support seniors in daily mise en place and production.
0–1 year experience (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of baking and kitchen hygiene.
Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
Team player with attention to detail.
