Job Summary:

The Commi II is responsible for assisting in food preparation and maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation at Box Bites Café. The role requires hands-on support in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Commi I and Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Prepare, chop, and organize ingredients as per the menu requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.

• Support in inventory checks and maintaining stock levels.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies as per company standards.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork in the workplace.

• Assist in café operations during rush hours and ensure timely service.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–6 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the F&B department.

Educational Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
