Job Description

  • Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental dishes such as soups, sauces, salads, pasta, grills, and starters.

  • Follow standard recipes and portion control as directed by senior chefs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation as per FSSAI / HACCP standards.

  • Support Commis I, CDP, and Sous Chef during service hours.

  • Ensure proper storage of food items and follow FIFO practices.

  • Handle basic food preparation like chopping, marinating, and garnishing.

  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.

  • Report any equipment malfunction or food safety issues to seniors.

  • Follow kitchen safety rules and company policies at all times.
