We’re looking for a full-time Pastry Cook to join our kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, precision, and learning how a professional pastry kitchen functions day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and executing pastries, desserts, and baked goods as per recipes and standards
Handling prep, baking, and decor
Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and organisation in the pastry section
Following food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
Assisting with production planning and daily mise en place
Being open to feedback and refining technique over time
Who We’re Looking For
Pastry school graduate or someone with hands-on pastry experience
Strong interest in pastry fundamentals and flavour balance
Attention to detail and respect for process
Willingness to learn, improve, and work as part of a team
Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with kitchen routines
