About the Role

A Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, preparing food and beverages, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.

• Take orders and assist customers with menu selections.

• Prepare food and beverages as per company standards.

• Operate billing/POS systems and handle cash transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen, and equipment.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

• Restock supplies and ingredients when required.

• Assist in opening and closing store activities.

• Work closely with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Degree.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or retail stores.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
