About the Role
A Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, preparing food and beverages, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
Take orders and assist customers with menu selections.
Prepare food and beverages as per company standards.
Operate billing/POS systems and handle cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Restock supplies and ingredients when required.
Assist in opening and closing store activities.
Work closely with team members to achieve operational goals.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or retail stores.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
