Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and seating areas.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
Assist in opening and closing duties.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
