Support the Chef De Partie / Pastry Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes and instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section at all times.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared products.
Monitor baking temperatures and timings to ensure product quality.
Assist in inventory control and inform seniors about stock requirements.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure all equipment is handled safely and maintained properly.
