We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our Central Kitchen located at Bandra Reclamation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintain high kitchen standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Chinese cuisine (minimum 3 years preferred)

Ability to manage bulk production for delivery or multi-outlet operations

Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Team player with good communication and time management skills

Location: Bandra Reclamation, Mumbai
