Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to oversee the daily operations of our café in Bandra. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. The Barista will also be responsible for managing stock, coordinating with the team and upholding our café’s standards of quality and hygiene.Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks as per recipes.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and equipment.- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.- Handle cash/UPI transactions at the counter.Requirements:- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not mandatory- Good communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced- Experience in café/restaurant cooking- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene- Team player with time-management skillsMinimum Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.- Minimum experience required: 3 years. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage cash and digital transactions accurately.
