Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes as directed by senior chefs.

• Ensure food is prepared according to recipe, portion, and presentation standards.

• Support in mise en place (cutting vegetables, sauces, marinades, etc.) before service.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of workstation in compliance with food safety standards.

• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies and ingredients.

• Reduce wastage through proper portioning and handling of food items.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
