Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes such as:
- Noodles (Hakka, Schezwan, Singapore)
- Fried Rice (veg/non-veg varieties)
- Manchurian (veg/chicken)
- Chilli Chicken, Sweet & Sour dishes
- Spring Rolls, Dim Sums
- Chinese soups and gravies
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Prepare sauces and marinades from scratch.
Operate and maintain Chinese cooking equipment (wok, burners, steamers).
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Work efficiently during rush hours.
