पद: कॉन्टिनेंटल शेफ

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (KRA):

कॉन्टिनेंटल व्यंजन (पास्ता, पिज़्ज़ा, सैंडविच, बर्गर, स्टेक आदि) निर्धारित रेसिपी के अनुसार तैयार करना।
भोजन की गुणवत्ता, स्वाद, प्रस्तुति और स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना।
किचन में खाद्य सुरक्षा (Food Safety) और हाइजीन के सभी नियमों का पालन करना।
किचन स्टॉक, कच्चे माल और इन्वेंट्री का सही प्रबंधन करना।
ऑर्डर के अनुसार समय पर भोजन तैयार कर सर्विस देना।
सब्जियों, मीट और अन्य सामग्री की सही तैयारी (Prep Work) करना।
किचन उपकरणों की साफ-सफाई और रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
भोजन की बर्बादी (Food Wastage) को कम करना और लागत नियंत्रण में सहयोग करना।
टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर सुचारु रूप से कार्य करना।
आवश्यकता अनुसार नए मेनू आइटम और रेसिपी विकसित करने में सहयोग देना।
