Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages (hot & cold).

• Make café-style food items (sandwiches, wraps, pasta, burgers, fries, etc.).

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety inside the truck.

• Manage daily stock of ingredients and ensure freshness.

• Take and serve customer orders in a friendly and timely manner.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service quality.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of coffee-making machines and café food prep.
