Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team at Food Mavericks. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing momos, samosas, and fast food snacks, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and consistency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook momos (veg & non-veg) and different types of samosas
Ensure consistent taste and quality in every order
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Manage food preparation (cutting, stuffing, frying, steaming, etc.)
Monitor stock levels and inform about ingredient requirements
Follow food safety standards and daily kitchen routines

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook/chef (preferably in street food or fast food)
Knowledge of momo folding, steaming & samosa preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Team player with a positive attitude

⏰ Working Hours:

Full-time (10–12 hours shift)
Weekly off (1 day)

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives (optional)

🎯 Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience in chutney preparation (red chutney, green chutney, mayo dips)
Ability to manage small kitchen independently
Speed + consistency in bulk orders
