Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Answer questions about the menu and make product recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Food Preparation:
• Prepare and cook Bigguys products to company standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and safely handled.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team and management.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Carry out cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant as required.
• Follow sanitation and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Cash Handling (if required):
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
