Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cuisine Cook who is proficient in South Indian cuisine and has basic knowledge of North Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with a focus on South Indian cuisine

• Support in preparing North Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times

• Ensure timely preparation of meals

• Manage inventory and assist in kitchen-related tasks

• Follow food safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-cuisine cook

• Strong expertise in South Indian cuisine

• Basic knowledge of North Indian, Chinese, and Continental cooking

• Local candidate preferred (must be from the nearby area)

• Willingness to stay at the provided accommodation

• Physically fit and able to work long hours when required
