We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multicuisine Chef for our luxury property in Alappuzha, Kerala. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of cuisines including South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Chinese dishes.
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines.
Ensure food is cooked hygienically, maintaining taste and consistency.
Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Maintain kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of food items.
Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure timely meal preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a hotel, villa, or resort.
Specialization in South Indian cuisine is preferred.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to multitask and handle kitchen operations independently.
Local candidates from Kerala preferred, but open to all.
