We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chaat Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of Indian chaats and street food items with authentic taste and hygienic practices. Creativity, speed, and attention to detail are key for this role.
Prepare and present various chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Bhalla, Ragda Pattice, etc.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation in all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workstation.
Manage ingredient inventory and communicate procurement needs.
Innovate and develop new chaat recipes or seasonal items as per menu planning.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
Maintain portion control and avoid wastage of raw materials.
Proven experience as a Chaat Chef or Indian street food cook.
Knowledge of North Indian spices, chutneys, and preparation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong sense of taste, aroma, and presentation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
