Job in Brief: We are looking for a Pastry Chef who specializes in desserts and savoury bakes. S/he is responsible for the dessert preparation, presentation, and managing the pastry section. The ideal candidate can be fresher who has done a course in pastry making / baking and who is willing to learn Baking and decorating, frosting and icing skills,Precision and artistic dessert presentation, has awareness about food safety and allergen awareness and who want to grow in a professional food environment.

Salary & Benefits: : ₹ 1.92 Lac Per annum LPA or ₹ 16000 /- month + Performance-based incentives

Eligibility:
l 12th pass. Certificate/diploma in Baking / Pastry Arts is preferred
l No experience eis necessary
l Knowledge of desserts, chocolate work, and plating and willingness to learn
l Understanding of baking temperatures, textures, and flavours
l Creative mindset and eye for details and time management
Skills Required:
l Willing to learn Baking and decorating, frosting and icing skills
l Willingness to learn Recipe costing Ability to maintain Food safety and allergen awareness
l Willing to learn Precision and artistic dessert presentation

Key Responsibilities
l Prepare a range of desserts and baked items (cakes, custom cakes, tarts, mousse, cookies, brownies, savoury bakes, etc.)
l Ensure dessert quality, freshness, and consistency
l Handle baking, plating, and refrigeration correctly
l Follow and improve standard recipes
l Monitor inventory and restock ingredients
l Maintain a clean and organized pastry station
l Experiment and create seasonal/special desserts
