Role Objective:
Manage day-to-day à la carte kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to product innovation and development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare à la carte meals as per orders while maintaining presentation and portion standards.
Innovate new healthy dishes and improve existing recipes based on customer feedback.
Collaborate with the nutrition and operations team to maintain calorie and portion.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficient order turnaround times.
Participate in product innovation and assist with updates to kitchen SOPs.
Manage Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) process, track and reduce daily wastage.
Handle inventory management, stock keeping, and vendor coordination for daily ingredient purchases.
Skills & Qualifications:
1- 2 years of Experience preferred as Commis-I / À La Carte Chef in a professional kitchen.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Creativity and passion for healthy food and recipe innovation.
