Cafe Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Ice Cream Staff to join our team at Fiore Gelato & Café. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of desserts including ice cream scoops, waffles, sundaes, and shakes while ensuring a delightful experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders at the counter in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Prepare and serve ice cream scoops, waffles, sundaes, and shakes as per the menu.

• Set up the dessert station with all required utensils and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling standards.

• Ensure orders are made accurately and delivered promptly.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Experience in food service, dessert preparation, or ice cream handling is preferred.

• Familiarity with hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

• Culinary certification is a plus but not mandatory.
