Job Title: Barista – Yo Grub Café (Gurugram)

Location: Gurugram

Job Overview:
Yo Grub Café is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering quick service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment
Handle customer orders efficiently and provide quick service
Upsell combos and add-ons to customers
Manage stock levels and inform for replenishment
Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

Requirements:

Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred)
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: As per experience
