Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other food & beverage equipment safely and efficiently.

• Provide warm, courteous service to all customers, including patients, visitors, and staff.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hospital policies and food safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.

• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.

• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.

• Support special dietary requirements or restrictions as needed, especially for patients.

• Collaborate with nutritionists and catering staff when required.

• Adhere to infection control procedures and hospital protocols at all times.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and a professional demeanor in a clinical setting
