We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Maker to join our team at TAHR CAFÉ and prepare delicious hot and cold beverages for our guests. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining beverage station standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and assisting with menu development when required. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 – ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, milkshakes, mocktails and other specialty drinks.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations within the beverage preparation area.
Set up the beverage station with necessary equipment, ingredients, tools and utensils.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other beverage-making equipment.
Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Prepare beverages in a timely manner while maintaining service standards.
Check the freshness and quality of milk, syrups, fruits, coffee beans and other ingredients.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
Keep the beverage preparation area clean, organised and hygienic.
Customise beverages according to guests' preferences and special requests.
Monitor portion sizes and minimise ingredient wastage.
Assist in developing new beverages and updating the beverage menu when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th standard, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in beverage preparation, preferably in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
Familiarity with coffee preparation Tea , coffee mocktails, milkshakes and other hot and cold beverages is preferred.
The candidate should have good communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and beverage presentation is essential. Previous experience as a Barista or Beverage Maker will be an added advantage.
