Barista

We are looking for a Senior Barista to join our team at Freddo Bakehouse Café and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 - ₹28,000.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty drinks as per Freddo Bakehouse standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Assist with stock handling of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies
• Report stock shortages, wastage, and equipment issues
• Support café opening and closing duties
• Experience in premium cafés or bakery cafés
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Team-oriented approach with leadership skills (Senior Barista)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
