Job Description

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Daily Ritual Coffee. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso-based beverages (Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, etc.)

  • Operate espresso machine and grinder

  • Maintain drink consistency and SOPs

  • Handle customer orders politely and confidently

  • Manage UPI/cash billing

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and stock

  • Assist in opening and closing the coffee truck

  • Support during events and peak hours

Job Requirements:

  • Barista experience preferred (freshers welcome)

  • Basic coffee knowledge or strong interest to learn

  • Good communication skills

  • Clean, punctual, and responsible

  • Comfortable working in a food truck setup

  • Willing to work weekends and events
