🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing bakery items like:
Breads (sourdough, baguette, multigrain)
Viennoiserie (croissants, danish)
Cakes, muffins, and cookies
Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs
Measure and mix ingredients accurately
Ensure proper proofing, baking, and finishing of products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
Help in stock rotation (FIFO method)
Maintain equipment and report any issues
Support team during bulk production and service hours
