Full Time
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-oriented team member for our new pizza-slice shop. The role combines customer service, order management, food presentation and hands-on support with pizza preparation.
Location: Evergreen House, Koramangala, Bengaluru
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, explain the menu, recommend products and create a great customer experience.
- Take orders, coordinate with the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Assist with pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, baking and reheating as trained.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle customer feedback and support promotions, product trials and day-to-day shop activities.
- Learn recipes, operational procedures and new skills while working closely with the operations team.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.
- Interest in baking, pizza-making, food preparation and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of baking, dough handling or oven operations preferred.
- Willingness to learn practical pizza-making skills and follow food safety procedures.
- Proactive, presentable, responsible and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
Bakery, Baking & Confectionery, Culinary Arts and Hotel Management graduates are encouraged to apply. Practical baking or pizza experience is an advantage; a willingness to learn is essential.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys food, interacting with people and being part of a growing food business.
