Duties & Responsibilities.
Bakers use their understanding of ingredients and food preparation to craft recipes and create baked goods. They measure and mix raw ingredients, bake and decorate items, and ensure that all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards. Planned and direct food preparation in the Kitchen Supervise the staff and allocate duties ,also make Ensure high culinary standards set as per the organization's requirement. Ensures safe ,hygienic condition should be maintain. Responsible for daily indenting, food cost, spoilage, quality of food. Up keeping the kitchen utensils and inventory. Schedules kitchen cleaning, along with external vendors and monitors religiously. Plan and implement innovative menus and food festivals for the members from time to time. Take care of staff welfare ,leave, offs etc. Train the staff members on basic F&B practive. Delivery to all the food at right time to all venue or events. Ensure the stock level for the production cycle of the respective outlets. Report indiscipline of staff members, discrepancy other related operational issues to the operational in charge without fail on daily basis. Attend daily meetings with the staff members and with operation asst secy.
