Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and passionate Bakery Commi-I for our kitchen in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a bakery setup and should be capable of independently preparing a variety of bakery items including breads, buns, cakes, and pastries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of bakery items such as breads, buns, cookies, muffins, cakes, and pastries.

• Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent product quality.

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately using proper tools and techniques.

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment like ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, etc.

• Ensure baking processes are carried out as per hygiene and food safety standards.

• Assist in new recipe trials and seasonal menu development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional bakery or hotel pastry kitchen.

• Good knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and decoration skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
