Job Summary

The Commis – Bakery will assist in daily bakery production activities, including preparation and baking of bakery items. The role requires following standard recipes, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and supporting senior bakers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and baking of breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items

• Measure and prepare ingredients as per standard recipes

• Operate bakery equipment under supervision

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and tools

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Support senior bakers and supervisors in daily production work

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of bakery or kitchen operations

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Basic education (10th pass preferred)

• Bakery / Food production training is an advantage

Experience

• 0–2 years in bakery or kitchen operations

• Freshers can also apply

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
