About the Role
Theobroma Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for passionate and skilled bakery professionals to join our Bread, Brownie & Pastry production team. The role involves preparing high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and production standards that define the brand.
The selected candidates will work closely with the bakery leadership team to support daily production and ensure the highest quality standards across all products.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Preparation
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, brownies, and pastry items following standardized recipes and production guidelines.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all bakery products.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings.
Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality during production.
Assist in decorating, finishing, and assembling pastry products.
Quality & Food Safety
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products using FIFO practices.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and bakery production areas.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with chefs and production team members to achieve daily production targets.
Support team members to ensure smooth workflow in the bakery department.
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient production environment.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts preferred
Experience in bakery or pastry production is an advantage
Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredient handling
