Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker/Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality baked goods and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in baking, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
Decorate cakes according to company and customer requirements.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage inventory and report ingredient requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in baking, production, or kitchen operations.
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Hospitality certification.
