Bakery Chef

We are looking for a Commis 2 – Bakery to join our team at Meal Combo Box Company Kitchen and prepare delicious baked items for our guests. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality bakery products, supporting menu execution, and assisting senior bakery staff with daily production tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and core bakery items.

• Follow standard recipes, measurements, and portion guidelines.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols inside the bakery.

• Support baking, shaping, and finishing tasks under senior guidance.

• Handle ingredient storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).

• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and ready for production.

• Coordinate with the bakery team for smooth and timely operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred.

• Basic understanding of dough preparation and baking techniques.

• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and measurements accurately.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

• Willingness to learn professional bakery methods and grow within the role.
