We focus on flavour, technique, and consistency over gimmicks, building a contemporary Indian brand rooted in global traditions.
We are looking for a strong CDP-level pastry/chocolaterie professional ready to step into a Head Chef role, owning the complete product and production program.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk position.

Role Overview
You will lead chocolaterie, confectionery, and bakehouse production end-to-end—covering daily output, quality, R&D, team training, and process control.
You will work closely with the founders to shape an evolving menu across:
• Chocolate-forward creations
• Modern confections
• Comforting, classic, and celebratory baked treats

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and produce high-quality chocolaterie, confectionery, and bakehouse treats with exceptional flavour, texture, and finish.
• Own day-to-day kitchen operations: production planning, batching, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Scale recipes accurately and maintain SOPs, batch sheets, and production workflows.
• Lead R&D for new treats, seasonal offerings, and refined versions of existing products.
• Execute and maintain classic and comfort-led bakehouse items (cakes, cookies, bars, celebratory bakes) aligned with a chocolate-first identity.
• Train and guide junior chefs; maintain discipline, technique, and process consistency.
• Manage raw materials, stock checks, wastage control, and recipe-level costing.
• Collaborate closely with the founders on menu direction, product philosophy, and production planning.

• CDP-level experience in pastry, bakery, chocolaterie, or confectionery.
• Strong technical grounding in chocolate tempering, ganaches, confections, and baked goods.
• Experience executing consistent production at small-to-mid scale.
• Detail-driven, quality-focused, and comfortable owning a kitchen end-to-end.
• Hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in building a distinctive, long-term brand.
• Curious about global comfort desserts and celebratory traditions, not just plated pastry.
