Job Description
Bakingo is hiring passionate and skilled Commi I, Commi II, and Commi III (Bakery) professionals to join our production team. If you have experience in bakery production and are passionate about creating high-quality baked products, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other bakery products as per company recipes and standards.
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery as per food safety standards.
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory and report ingredient requirements.
Assist in production planning to meet daily demand.
Follow SOPs and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and production team.
Requirements
Experience as Commi I / II / III in a bakery, bakery production unit, hotel, or cloud kitchen.
Knowledge of bakery production, baking techniques, and food safety practices.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Freshers with bakery training may apply.
