Job Description

Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, desserts, croissants, pastries, and other baked goods.
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
Support baking, assembling, finishing, and packaging of products.
Assist with new product trials, recipe testing, and R&D activities.
Learn and follow bakery production processes, quality standards, and food safety practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Help with ingredient storage, stock management, and inventory checks.
Ensure finished products meet quality and presentation standards.
