Hello! We are looking for a dedicated and eager-to-learn baker to join our team at our upcoming cloud bakery, Boulangerie Amann.
The job includes but is not limited to the following:
Preparing and scaling doughs, creams, batters
Ocassionally lifting 20+kgs
Rotating stock as per FIFO guidelines
Baking products to specified standards
Assisting the head chef with preparing and finishing products
Maintaining hygiene and sanitation according to standards
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate willing to learn and grow with us. Training will be provided for items such as Viennoiserie, Desserts, Breads, Tarts, and Tea Cakes.
Freshers with relevant degree / diploma / apprenticeship preferred OR 6 months - 1 Year experience.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with basic baking techniques, recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position but not required. The role requires attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and motivated to do their best. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus, but not required.
