Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Cook/Chef with food preparation and cooking tasks

• Wash, peel, chop, cut, and cook food items as directed

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment

• Ensure food is stored and handled properly to maintain safety and freshness

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• Assist in plating and garnishing dishes

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Cook

• Follow all health and safety regulations
