Job Summary

We are hiring an execution-focused SEO & Content Specialist. In this role, you will be the engine behind our organic growth, responsible for executing a high-velocity content strategy and a rigorous backlink roadmap. You will not just be "doing SEO" but will be building our digital authority through creating educational assets (blogs, ebooks, guides) and managing off-page reputation using tools like Keyword Tool. This is a high-output role for someone who loves writing, analyzing data, and seeing their keywords climb to Page 1.

Roles & Responsibilities:

High-Volume Content Execution: Research, draft, and publish 6-8 SEO-optimized blogs per month targeting students and working professionals.

Lead Magnet Creation: Collaborate with the Product team to design and write 1 high-value downloadable asset monthly (PDF Guides, Career Roadmaps, Ebooks) to capture leads.

Off-Page Authority Building: Execute a daily/weekly checklist of backlink activities, including Guest Blogging, Forum Engagement (Quora/Reddit), and Directory Submissions.

Strategic Keyword Analysis: Use Keyword Tool effectively to identify content gaps, "low-hanging fruit" keywords, and competitor strategies.

Technical Optimization: Conduct monthly site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and speed issues to maintain a 90+ Site Health score.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead attribution on a monthly basis.

Skills:

Primary Tool: Expert proficiency in Keyword Tool (Keyword Research, Site Audit, Backlink Analysis).

Content Writing: Strong ability to write engaging, grammatically perfect long-form content (1500+ words) and structured guides.

Off-Page SEO: Hands-on experience with Link Building strategies (Guest Posts, Skyscraper technique, Forum seeding).

Analytics: Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

Soft Skills: High discipline to follow a 6-month roadmap, self-starter attitude, and ability to meet strict publishing deadlines.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO and Content Writing (EdTech experience is a plus).

• Certification: Certifications in SEO (HubSpot, Moz, or Google) are preferred but not mandatory.
