Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Cashier to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently processing transactions. In this role, you will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensure all transactions are accurate and secure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the cash register area

• Resolve any customer issues in a professional and efficient manner

• Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment or customer service role

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with cash handling and POS systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• It is a Full Time Cashier job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
